Sarah Sparling is a freshman from Blyth, Ontario, majoring in International Relations and minoring in Environmental Studies. In her free time, Sarah can be found reading books, exploring new dumpster diving destinations, and eating cheese.

Anna Caruso is a Freshman at Calvin University and a new member of the Chimes staff. She's majoring in Speech Pathology and Audiology. Outside of studying she enjoys being outdoors, taking photos, and babysitting.

Ian Tjoelker is a sophomore from Sydney, Australia, studying Politics, Economics, and Philosophy, and minoring in Geography. Ian enjoys the funky things in life, including cheese and music, and will tell you his favorite color is green, though he’s not really sure these days.

Kate Wilmot is a senior, majoring in English Writing with a minor in Literature. Mar Schuurmann is the Culture Editor for Chimes. She’s double majoring in PPE and English and also runs track at Calvin. When she isn’t doing homework she loves rewatching Star Wars: The Clone Wars, collecting vinyl, making grilled cheese, and falling asleep while reading.

Elisabeth Stevens is a senior studying strategic communications and Spanish with minors in gender studies and history. In her free time, she enjoys getting too many books from the library, daily walks in the nature preserve, and embarking on random art projects.

Graham Kort is a fifth-year senior studying psychology and music. When he isn't editing the campus section in the Chimes office, he can be found working for Student Life, running more miles than a sane person should, playing tabletop strategy games, and writing loud rock music on his guitar.

Natasha Jayaputra is a junior from Yogyakarta, Indonesia, studying English with a writing concentration and a minor in Film & Media. Ali Gummer is a senior pursuing her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Dillion Baumchen is a fifth-year senior studying linguistics with a minor in social work. This is Dillion’s second year as a sports reporter for the Chimes.
