Rae Gernant, Head Copy Editor

Rae, whose first name isn’t Rae, is head copy editor for 2017-2018. She is a senior from West Des Moines, Iowa and is majoring in English secondary education with minors in ESL and Spanish. When she is not adding stylistic comments to other people’s writing, she can be found corralling and inspiring middle schoolers, reading The Bedford Shakespeare or trying to keep up with her trendy, new bullet journal. The quickest way to her heart is through cupcakes, plants or a mutual affection for fantasy books.
